By downloading, installing, or using Aero Messages Launcher, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these conditions, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue use of the App.

Aero Messages Launcher is an Android utility application designed to act as a:

• Device Home Screen Replacement (Launcher): Providing custom layouts, home customization, app drawers, and quick shortcuts.
• Default SMS Messaging Client: Allowing users to send, receive, store, organize, and schedule SMS and MMS messages.

To access full SMS functionalities, the App must be explicitly set by the user as the system's Default SMS Handler.

Since the App sends and receives real-world SMS/MMS messages, standard communication charges apply:

• You are solely responsible for any messaging fees, carrier rates, data usage charges, roaming costs, or utility taxes charged by your mobile network operator.
• The App does not bypass carrier network costs. We are not liable for any cellular service bills, fees, or penalty charges incurred through the use of the App.

Your privacy and device security are primary. Since the App manages your private SMS messages (including verification OTPs, private chats, and bank alerts):

• You are responsible for securing your physical device (e.g., using screen locks or biometric security).
• We are not responsible for any unauthorized reading, deletion, or modification of your messages caused by third parties gaining access to your physical phone or through device security breaches.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the App to broadcast unsolicited bulk messages, spam, advertising campaigns, or fraudulent phishing texts.
• Harassing, threatening, or violating the privacy of other individuals through text messaging.
• Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, exploit, or extract the source code of the App.
• Using the App to propagate malware, viruses, or any software intended to cause device disruption.

We own all intellectual property rights associated with the App, including design patterns, layouts, branding assets, custom widgets, codebases, and logos. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run and use the App on your personal Android device in accordance with these Terms.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will operate uninterrupted, secure, or free of software bugs.
• All sent SMS/MMS messages will be delivered successfully or immediately by your carrier.
• The App will be fully compatible with all customized versions of the Android OS or all hardware models.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, financial losses, loss of carrier service, loss of private SMS data, or device failures arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue any features or services within the App (such as specific launcher styles, theme elements, or messaging widgets) at any time without prior notice. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
